I am a full time Realtor® working throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth metro area for over 7 years. I have sold everything from multi million dollar condo units at the Ritz Carlton in Uptown to foreclosure homes in Garland to investment property in Keller and Southlake. I have placed buyers throughout the metroplex, though most of my work has been focused in the suburban areas of Dallas such as Plano, Allen, Richardson, Frisco, Highland Village, Flower Mound, Heath, and Rockwall. I also do significant work in North Dallas and East Dallas, including Lakewood, Lake Highlands, the M Streets, Oak Lawn, Uptown, Preston Hollow, and Highland Park.
I give my clients my time and attention throughout the transaction; I don’t turn off my phone at five. I will work in your interests as your fiduciary and advise you, not sell you. I never need to make a sale so badly that I would pressure a client into making a bad decision. If you should choose to purchase a brand new home, a fair percentage of my sales have been in the brand new home market and I stay on top of home builder reputations and incentives. I offer an array of services to benefit clients at all levels, including rental and apartment locating.
